Our cellars are situated inside an ancient farmhouse from the XVIII century, partially below ground levels but all protected by thick brick walls. The cellars naturally benefit from a constant temperature and relative humidity, ideal for barrel conservation and aging our wines. The areas once used to dry tobacco are now two wine cellars, equipped stainless steel vats, where we make our wines and sell them directly out of our cellars to our neighbors. These modern cellars, together with an ancient – but still in use – barrique cellar where we carry on vinification and aging in vats and oak barrels, make the perfect marriage of tradition and technology. Our purpose is to keep our very high-quality standards while preserving the genuineness of the wines we produce.
Ancient cellar tunnels and caves our property are now being used to maintain and store our winery’s best reserve wines and also serve to host events and exhibitions.
